Hi Deborah! While the Paleo Bars make a great snack in a pinch, I certainly don't recommend them as a meal or as all day nourishment. I do recommend eating a balanced diet to include real, whole foods from plants and animals, and ensuring you're getting an adequate amount of protein, carbs, and healthy fats!

It sustains me most of the day, I have to make myself eat a piece of fruit which is fine. The bars help me to control what I eat during the day and I think I might have to eat one at night so I do not get the late-night cravings. Just wanted to express how impressed I am with the bars.

Hi Nikki! These are commercially processed bars. If the honey was raw, it would be required to say so on the label. Honey is safe during pregnancy. It's only infants up to 1 year old that can not have honey, but that isn't until after they are born, so you are safe!
