The best trick I found that works like a charm every time is to use room temp eggs, place in a pot of water, bring to a boil then remove from heat and let steam in the pot with a lid for 10 mins, then submerge into an ice bath to cool. I usually have 1 egg that doesn't peel good but the rest no issues!
