Shanni, I'm so glad you loved it! I can never understand why people need to add sugar to meat - you can get the perfect flavor without it. I have a tendency to buy a few pounds of pork and turn half of it into this chorizo and half into my breakfast sausage recipe, and freeze the extra. Flavorful meat always on hand!
