In reply to Tara. Hi Tara - I'm honestly not sure! You'd need something that was dense enough to thicken it without having any real strong flavor. You could use coconut cream but that would definitely give it a slight coconut flavor. You could leave out the avocado and make it in more of a vinaigrette style as an option.

In reply to Emma. Hi Emma! I have not tried freezing this dressing. I'm not sure how well freezing fresh avocado will work. That said, with the other combined ingredients and it being smoothed out, it may freeze just fine. I would recommend defrosting in the fridge and then giving it a good stir to combine it again after defrosting.
